Request Funding
Grant applications are accepted year round and reviewed twice a year in June and December. The deadline for submission is May 15 to have your application considered in June and November 15 to have your application considered in December. The BV Health Foundation’s Executive Director will be in contact with you within 30 days of the submission deadline.
The BV Health Foundation reviews and considers all applications. To be selected to receive funding your application must be a health care initiative taking place within our catchment area, can be an equipment purchase or educational in nature, and must fall within one of our 8 existing funds. In order to receive a grant, your organization must have a charitable registration number.

- Funding requests are reviewed twice a year. Deadlines to apply are 4:00pm November 15 for grants reviewed in December and 4:00pm May 15 for grants reviewed in June.
- Applicants will receive a letter to the address they provided on their application letting them know the outcome. This is to allow for the requesting of more information, quotes, etc, if needed.
- As of 2016, late applications will be considered an early submission for the following intake.
- In most cases, it is advantageous to provide the quotes you have obtained for your project or equipment. Please attach a quote in PDF format to your application.
