Request Funding

Important Information - Funding Request Applications

  • Funding requests are reviewed twice a year.  Deadlines to apply are 4:00pm November 15 for grants being reviewed in December and 4:00pm May 15 for grants being reviewed in June.
  • Applicants will receive a letter to the address they provided on their application letting them know the outcome.  This is to allow for the requesting of more information, quotes, etc, if needed.
  • The "fund applying to" field must be completed with one of the Bulkley Valley Health Care & Hospital Foundation's eight existing funds. (Surgical, Cancer, Bulkley Lodge, Houston Health Care, Community, Maternity, Palliative, General)
  •  As of 2016, late applications will be considered an early submission for the following intake.
  • In most cases, it is advantageous to provide the quotes you have obtained for your project or equipment.  Please attach a quote in PDF format to your application.
